About HFA

History

In early 2017, HFA entered conversations with Family and Community Partners, LLC – a community-based mental health services provider - to provide mental health services to clients emerging from the Indiana Department of Child Services and the Marion County Superior Court – Juvenile Division. In 2018, HFA was awarded contracts with Choices as well as DCS. Today, HFA providers serve throughout Central Indiana providing the type of trauma-informed and culturally competent care that the home/community-based movement requires to be successful.  Aggregating specific talents with traumatized, developmentally delayed, delinquent, substance abuse dependent, and sexually aggressive populations, the leadership and providers of HFA are committed to providing the type of synergistic and strengths-oriented care that forwards treatment goals/objectives and reduces the overall rate and duration of CHINS and delinquency matters.
